Absolutely Atrocious Contract Policies. Be aware! I had signed up for a personal trainer to help get much needed exercise for my disability. Esporta knew this. My trainer left Esporta out of the blue, and I didn't hear back so I had stopped going. For three months they charged me for ***************** services I never used. Over $2000. Complete Scam!!! Was told ** be reimbursed for personal training sessions incurred on my credit card. Signed up for 6 months and was told charges would stop and was NEVER told contract would go month to month. Down $900. La fitness has huge training issues and scamming clients out of money.

I would like to call attention to bias and possible discriminatory practices at LA Fitness, in at least two locations, in **********, ********** and ***********, **********. I visited both locations on behalf of my elderly parents, to enquire about possible membership. At first, they seem very nice, but do not provide clear explanations as to what they are charging. on 9/18, I signed up for a membership. I agreed to pay a sign up fee, plus first and last month. I was told I have no contract and that moving forward, I would only be charged my monthly fee until I decided to stop paying. Since I joined LA Fitness in *************, **, I have been very disappointed in the upkeep of the equipment and facility. The whirlpool was out of commission for months and the sauna is currently not operational. They keep moving the date the repair is to be completed. It has been months. Zero stars!!! DECEPTION AND NEGLECT!!!I signed up for **************** services. After two weeks, the trainer missed two appointments and I found out he was fired. No other trainer was available for the days/times I had requested. I requested cancellation and was assured that it would be taken care of but am still getting charged monthly fees

I had signed up for a Personal Trainer (**********, ** location), after 2 sessions the trainer quit. When asked about a new trainer I was told no trainer was available for the day I had requested. After requesting to refund my account, less the two sessions I had they refused even though they could not provide the service the agreed too.
