What was going on behind the scenes? They said they were having trouble meeting the demand for Iraqi dinar, but they didn’t specify how much money they were destroying. They will need to replace the money they lost. Could that be the more valuable new notes in the small category? When you’re going to create new 25k notes, why would you go out and destroy a lot of money and turn it into pellets for burning? Does anyone have any understanding of that?
